Exchanges & Return Shipping Policy

Please note that customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanges and returns.

To request an exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, and securely packaged in its original packaging.

2. Contact us through the “Contact Us” page, including:

   • Your order number

   • The reason for the exchange or return

3. Once we receive your message, we will email you our return address with further instructions.

4. You are responsible for covering all postage and shipping fees when sending the item back to us. We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs.

5. After we receive the package and inspect the item, we will promptly process your exchange / refund.
